Range Revolution is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we
collect through your use of the Range Revolution '72' device (the "RR72") and
through our website(s) helps us provide you with services and information
specific to your needs and interests. Please read below to review our privacy
policy and to understand types of information we gather through the RR72 and
our website and how we use that information. In this privacy policy (the
"Privacy Policy"), "we", "us", "our" and other similar references mean Range
Revolution and "you" and "your" and other similar references mean a specific
user of Range Revolution's services and websites.

some of the features and functions of our website(s) and we may not be able to
provide you with certain products or services. Range Revolution collects and
stores any information you enter in one of our sign-up pages. The information
requested may include name, email address, phone number, street address,
gender, and date of birth. If provided, this Personal Information will be used
for purposes such as sending you customized announcements about specific Range
Revolution events, program news, and promotions. Range Revolution may also

VII. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

Range Revolution does not direct any of our content
specifically to children, and children under 13 will not be permitted to use
the RR72. From our website(s) we do not knowingly collect or use Personal
Information from children under thirteen (13). If we learn that a user is under
13 years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information we have
collected about that user. If you are under the age of 13, please do not send
us any information about yourself.

information collected using the RR72 and our website(s) helps us better
understand our market and consumer interests. This allows us to continually
serve our customers and business associates with the level of satisfaction they
deserve. Range Revolution may at our sole discretion edit this policy. If any
material changes are made, we will notify you by displaying a prominent
announcement above the text of this Privacy Policy for thirty (30) days. If you
continue to use our website following the posting of changes to this Privacy
Policy, you agree to be bound by the changes to the Privacy Policy. Each
version of this Privacy Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its
